Which sports does PaceOn cover?

Running (5K to marathon), triathlon (sprint to Ironman), trail running (25K to 100K) and Hyrox.

From your race date, distance, goal (finish or a target time), experience in each discipline, the days you can train and the hours you have. Paces come from your goal time.

What if I miss a session?

Mark it missed, move it to a free day, or rebalance your plan. The weeks ahead adjust to what you've actually done.

Does it work with my watch?

Garmin is supported today: push a week of structured workouts and see your training load, sleep and readiness in the app. Strava, Wahoo, COROS and Apple Watch are coming.

Can I plan my race nutrition?

Yes, the fuelling calculator gives carbohydrate, fluid, sodium and caffeine targets for your race and conditions, and you can save plans to your account.
